Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Hoss Hernandez, P.A. ("the firm," "we") collects and uses information through this website.
Information you provide
When you submit the consultation request form, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, and answers to questions about your legal matter. Providing this information is voluntary. Submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether the firm can assist you, schedule and prepare for consultations, and communicate with you about your matter. We do not sell your personal information.
How it is stored
Form submissions are transmitted to and stored in systems operated for the firm, including Google Workspace services. Scheduling is handled through Calendly, which receives the information you enter when booking a consultation and is governed by its own privacy policy.
Cookies and advertising analytics
This website uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and similar technologies. These tools use cookies and collect information such as the pages you view and actions you take (for example, submitting a form or booking a consultation) to measure advertising performance and to show you relevant ads on Meta platforms. You can learn more about how Meta uses this data, and manage your ad preferences, at facebook.com/policy and facebook.com/adpreferences. You can also limit tracking through your browser settings and device-level controls.
Third-party services
This website is hosted by Netlify. Services used by this site, including Google, Meta, Calendly, and Netlify, may process technical data such as IP addresses and browser information as part of providing their services, under their own privacy policies.
Confidentiality
Please do not include sensitive details about your case in the initial form beyond what is asked. Information you submit before an attorney-client relationship is established is handled with care, but a consultation is the appropriate place for a full discussion of your matter.
Your choices and contact
You may request that we correct or delete the contact information you submitted through this website by contacting us at hosshernandezpa@gmail.com or (786) 752-9667. If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
